Terms of use

Terms for this website and the private email assistant.

01

Scope

These terms cover this website and Gmail for Codex, Ivan Dimoski’s private email assistant. The assistant is for authorised personal use; it is not a public email service. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

02

Your accounts and instructions

Only connect accounts that you own or have permission to use. Use the assistant lawfully and follow Google’s and your AI provider’s terms. Do not use it for spam, fraud, unlawful access or abuse. You control the instructions you give the agent and the account it uses.

03

Email and AI output

Check recipients, account, subject, content and attachments before you authorise a message. AI output can contain errors. A sent email may not be recoverable. The tool can send messages when your instructions or standing permissions authorise it; these terms do not promise a separate confirmation for every send.

04

Availability and responsibility

The integration is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free output. Google, AI services, network access and local software can affect it. You are responsible for the account access and instructions you grant. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

05

Privacy, ending use and contact

The privacy policy explains data access, processing and removal. You can stop use and revoke Google access at any time. Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated date. Contact dimoski.ivan@gmail.com for support. Swedish law applies, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
